A man standing on top of a three-storey building roof, bleeding from the abdomen and he urged the police to shoot him. As what the policemen watched, Johnny Dusok, he raised his hand as if to signal goodbye and then plunged to the ground. He died although he was rushed to the hospital. Few hours earlier, he went berserk and slashed his stomach after killing one of his housemate with a hammer. The drama was unfolded at around 8am yesterday when Johnny who is 30 years old, stated behaving aggressively towards his elder brother on the first floor unit, above of a car tyre workshop. His housemate manages to hold him down but however, Johnny still grabbed a knife and stabbed himself in the abdomen. The policemen rushed to the unit but did not found Johnny. Instead of this, they made a gruesome discovery on the third floor when they found the body of housemate, Foong Chee Kong who is 32 years old and his head smashed with a blunt object. Police mounted a search and found Johnny sitting precariously on the ledge of a three-storey shoplot, five shops away where he killed his housemate, Foong. There are several policemen climbed through an air well to reach the roof. For the next hour then, they tried to cajole Johnny to surrender.

ACO Abdul Jalil mentioned that Johnny was pleaded with the policemen to just shoot him and kill him. He also mentioned that at 12.30pm, the suspect stood up and he raised his right hand to signal goodbye at the policemen and he fell 15meter to the ground. He was rushed to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital and he died at 6.25pm. His housemate, Foong, was from Kampar, Klang, had been working in the car type workshop together with Johnny’s elder brother for the past 12 years. The police believe that Johnny had lost his job as a guard at a fish pond in Perak, which led the elder brother to invite him to stay with him for a while. This is human interest news and to let us know what is outside happening.
